In the continuing mis-adventures of Mark and Teddy, the two blind buddies pose as musicians on a cruise ship, in search of Teddy's new love, a seductive internet voice. A stern woman captain clashes with Mark, the lovely Dr. Lena tries to help love-struck Teddy and a Texas billionaire, also in pursuit of the sexy voice from Croatia, mixes it up with the boys.
